Join a traveling Physical Therapist opportunity in Auburn, MA (Outpatient) where you will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, supervise discipline-specific therapy services, and promote safe, effective return to community activities. Provide patient and family education, participate in student training as appropriate, complete timely documentation, and adhere to professional and organizational standards of conduct and safety.

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Demonstrated competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, goal writing, and development of individualized treatment plans. Ability to complete clear, concise, and timely medical record documentation and charge entry per clinic and payer requirements. Uphold state practice act, maintain professional licensure in good standing, and complete state-mandated continuing education as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supervising students or mentoring clinicians preferred. Experience with functional outcome measures and letters of medical necessity preferred. Prior travel or contract therapy experience preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift pattern: 5x8 schedule.
