Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Connecticut physical therapy license required to start the assignment. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting. BLS certification required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Ability to work a 5x8 schedule; experience providing skilled therapy in residential or long-term care settings preferred. Candidate must complete Connecticut fingerprinting and background screening as required by state regulations. Client prefers clinicians with experience documenting in electronic medical records and managing caseloads typical of SNF environments.

Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Monday through Friday, 08:30–16:30.
