Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Washington State Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience or willingness to operate on a 40-minute one-on-one patient care schedule. Medicare and Medicaid credentialing preferred. If not credentialed, candidate must provide WA license information and any documentation required for credentialing so the client can apply within 10 days of the clinician’s start. If credentialing cannot be initiated, guaranteed hours may be reduced initially to 30 hours per week. New graduates considered based on licensing and clinical experience. Willingness to commit to assignments longer than the standard 13 weeks is preferred.
