Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Current, active Virginia physical therapy license required to start the assignment.

BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Experience evaluating and treating outpatient orthopedic and musculoskeletal injuries in a clinic setting.

Ability to communicate treatment plans and patient progress to multidisciplinary teams and referring physicians, including orthopedic and hand surgeons.

Experience working within team-based outpatient clinics preferred.

Assignment Details

Facility Type: Outpatient clinic.

Duration: 9 week assignment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday work week.

Position Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries, collaborate with in-house and specialty physicians, and assist center colleagues in clinical issue identification.
