Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active NH Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy required. Proficiency with documentation, goal writing, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in an electronic medical record. Ability to complete comprehensive patient evaluations and develop measurable, functional treatment plans. Adherence to state Practice Act and maintenance of professional licensure and continuing education.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supervising or mentoring students in a clinical setting. Previous travel therapy or contract experience preferred. Experience with safe patient handling programs and materials handling protocols preferred.
