Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Humble, TX at an outpatient facility where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. This role evaluates patients, develops and implements treatment plans, documents care, supervises therapy services, and supports student learning and professional development.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Texas Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred. Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, document in compliance with regulations, and provide functional, goal-oriented care. Ability to supervise and mentor students and coordinate discipline-specific therapy services.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior travel therapy experience preferred. Experience with functional outcome measures, letters of medical necessity, and electronic medical record systems preferred. Experience in performance improvement initiatives preferred.

Shift pattern: 5x8.
