Active New Jersey Physical Therapy license or licensure in a state that meets reciprocity requirements, required to start the assignment. Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Experience with geriatric populations, restorative programs, and mobility training preferred. Proficiency with electronic medical records systems preferred.
