Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Montana Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient and inpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluation and treatment of orthopedic, neurological, pediatric developmental delay, and musculoskeletal conditions. Experience providing services across settings preferred: outpatient clinic, inpatient hospital care, long-term care/nursing home, school visits, and home care visits. Familiarity with modalities and programs listed as provided by the client is preferred: hydrotherapy, pelvic health therapy, dry needling, LSVT Big and Loud program, and pain management techniques.

Preferred Qualifications Previous work in rural hospital or critical access hospital environments preferred. Experience collaborating within interdisciplinary rehab teams including occupational and speech therapy preferred. Comfort treating a broad age range including pediatrics and geriatric populations preferred.

Assignment Details Shift: Days. Facility provides outpatient and inpatient services, long-term care, school and home visits. Expect to work within a small, rural hospital environment that serves as the primary medical facility in the county.
