Minimum Requirements Doctoral, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Proficiency in documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care preferred. Client requires experience with geriatric populations and mobility assessment preferred.
