Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist team in Roseburg, OR providing home health services where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location. Perform patient evaluations and provide therapeutic services according to physician orders. Responsible to the Director of Operations / Clinical Manager. Supervise and evaluate Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides as assigned. Must have reliable transportation, a current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Current, unencumbered license to practice physical therapy in the state of assignment (OR) required to start the assignment. Current CPR certification. Familiarity with general computer use including email, internet navigation, and basic online HR/training systems. Must have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and agency-required liability insurance. State- or client-specific requirements: ability to perform home visits, evaluate home environments, develop and update plans of care, document and report patient condition, and participate in in-service education per applicable state regulations. Experience in home health settings preferred. Two to three years of physical therapy experience preferred.

Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years of clinical physical therapy experience. Experience supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and home health personnel. Familiarity with state-specific home health therapy regulations.

Assignment Details Shift name: Evenings. Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift.

Deliver treatments as ordered, assist physicians in evaluating function, develop and update treatment plans, document patient progress, and educate patients, families, and agency personnel.
