Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. PTA candidates must hold an associate degree or credential appropriate for PTA practice. Active California PT or PTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient or skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Facility seeks clinicians with experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or geriatric populations. Experience with documentation systems and Medicare/Medicaid billing guidelines preferred. Ability to provide licensed coverage as either 2 PTs or PTAs, or 1 of each, starting mid June. Candidates must be available for assignment start in mid June.
