Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred. Ability to perform 60-minute evaluations and deliver skilled treatment sessions. Knowledge of documentation standards, goal writing, and letters of medical necessity. Experience delegating and directing discipline-specific therapy services.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous travel therapy experience preferred. Experience participating in student clinical education preferred. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development preferred.
Assignment Details
Schedule: 5x8. Caseload focus: Orthopedics. Typical visit length: 60 minute evaluation plus treatment sessions. Workload: Flexible, approximately 40 hours per week.
