Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Arizona PT license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required. Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings preferred. For PTA candidates: active Arizona PTA license required and prior experience assisting in outpatient clinics preferred. Ability to perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document per facility standards.
