Minimum Qualifications BE/BC in Critical Care Medicine by ABA, ABIM, ABS Academic experience with the desire to educate medical students, residents and fellows and desire to participate in research Experience managing patients s/p heart transplant is preferred Experience with mechanical circulatory support devices and VA ECMO Background in Anesthesia preferred
