Greater Heights, Houston, Texas A well-established private orthopedic practice in the highly desirable Greater Heights area of Houston is seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Surgeon specializing in Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement to join their growing team. Practice Overview: This busy, private practice consists of two tenured orthopedic surgeons looking to add a third partner-track physician due to continued growth and demand. The practice is affiliated with a leading regional health system, providing excellent resources and support while maintaining the autonomy and culture of a private group. Position Highlights: Focus on Adult Reconstruction / Joint Replacement with shared general orthopedic call Call schedule: 1:5 rotation with four other orthopedic surgeons Clinic schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM One half-day per week dedicated to administrative time High-volume practice: 25+ patients per full clinic day Efficient clinical support including: 2 dedicated Medical Assistants (with plans to add a third) 3 fully equipped exam rooms On-site casting room In-house X-ray suite with full-time technician Technology & Systems: EMR: CompuGroup Medical (CGM) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive compensation package Health, dental, and vision insurance Partnership track opportunity after 2 years
