The Division of Pediatric Critical Care at the University of Arizona in Tucson seeks a full-time board eligible/board certified Pediatric Intensivist to join our current team of 7 Physicians in staffing a 24-bed multidisciplinary PICU. The incumbent will participate with the other members in several activities including resident and medical student education, clinical research, quality improvement and other academic endeavors. Our group provides critical care services at Diamond Childrens Medical Center with a 24/7 coverage model, built on a team-based and collaborative approach. The department seeks individuals who can work with diverse students, trainees, and colleagues, and has experience with a variety of teaching methods and curricular perspectives. Our team works closely with all of the other Pediatric Subspecialties and multiple surgical services - such as Congenital Heart Surgery, Cardiology, Pulmonology, Nephrology, Neurology, Hematology/Oncology, Neurosurgery and Trauma.Location: Banner Diamond Childrens Medical Center, 1625 N.
