Plant Operator/Maintenance Candidate Requirements:

* Strong mechanical aptitude * Experience operating heavy equipment * Ability to perform rigorous physical activities in all weather conditions * Our ideal candidate would possess proven mechanical, welding and heavy equipment experience, but we are willing to provide job-specific training for the right Plant Operator/Maintenance major responsibilities include:

* Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations and procedures as set forth by company policies and MSHA * Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently * Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; equipment as needed * Communicate with plant management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs * Starting wage of $34 per hour (The specific rate will depend on the Health, Dental and Vision insurance with Flex Spending Account * Employee Assistance Program * Paid Holidays * If this Plant Operator/Maintenance for all, including Women, Minorities, Veterans, and Individuals with disabilities.
