The Role We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team and deploy capital across liquid financial markets. This is an opportunity for a driven investor to operate in a highly collaborative, data-rich environment with access to cutting-edge infrastructure and the autonomy to execute high-conviction strategies. Job Responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio across one or more asset classes (e.g., equities, futures, options, FX, crypto) Develop, implement, and refine systematic and/or discretionary trading strategies Generate consistent, risk-adjusted returns while adhering to firm risk parameters Partner with research, technology, and trading teams to enhance execution and strategy performance Monitor market conditions and adapt strategies in real-time Contribute to idea generation and the broader investment process Job Requirements Demonstrated track record managing capital with consistent performance Strong understanding of market structure, trading strategies, and risk management Experience in proprietary trading, hedge funds, or similar environments Quantitative mindset with the ability to leverage data in decision-making Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable operating with autonomy Preferred: Quantitative or technical background (Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) Programming experience (Python, C++, or similar) Experience with systematic trading strategies Familiarity with low-latency or electronic trading environments What We Offer Salary up to $250,000 base per annum Performance-driven compensation structure Company paid Medical, Dental, and Vision 401 (k) with 4% match FSA and Commuter Benefits Access to advanced trading technology and infrastructure Collaborative environment with experienced traders, quants, and engineers Opportunity to build and scale execution capabilities across global markets Note: Scout Group partners with approved recruiting agencies only.
