Your role
As a Balance/Spin Technician, you will deliver precise and reliable balancing and testing of rotating components to ensure optimal performance and safety. You will report to the Core Manufacturing Supervisor. The hours for this position are Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:30 am.

As a key member of our team you will:

  • Perform precision balancing of rotating components (shafts, impellers, rotor assemblies) using low-speed and high-speed balancing machines.
  • Conduct Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and related testing, including interpreting results and documenting findings.
  • Set up and operate run-out measuring equipment and other specialized tools to verify tolerances and part accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain balance reports and inspection documentation using computer systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA) while working independently on second shift with minimal supervision.

You have at least 3 years of machining or other relevant experience.
