- Berkshire Medical Center - 300-bed full-service community hospital in Pittsfield
- North Adams Regional Hospital - Critical access hospital serving North County

- 12 Primary Care outpatient clinics (Adult Medicine, Family Medicine, Pediatrics)
- Multiple urgent care centers
