September 2026UK applicants only – no sponsorship available About the Role Manor House School is seeking a passionate, dedicated and nurturing Primary Teacher to join our committed team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is driven to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN), including pupils with ASC, ADHD and associated communication and attachment difficulties. We are looking for an outstanding practitioner who can deliver engaging, high-quality teaching while supporting pupils’ academic, emotional and social development within a therapeutic and inclusive learning environment. What you will be doing As a Primary Teacher, you will:

Deliver high-quality teaching across a range of primary subjects Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive classroom environment Support pupils with complex learning and communication needs Work collaboratively with therapists, teaching assistants, parents and external agencies Contribute to the ongoing development of SEN provision across the school Implement effective behaviour management and personalised learning strategies Monitor pupil progress and use assessment data to inform teaching and target setting Promote independence, confidence and positive outcomes for every pupil

You will play a key role in helping pupils access both learning and social opportunities while supporting their emotional wellbeing and personal growth. About You The successful candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience within Primary Education Knowledge and understanding of SEN and inclusive teaching practices A creative, flexible and nurturing approach to teaching Strong classroom management and communication skills The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children Driving licence is required

Experience working with pupils with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD or attachment needs is highly desirable. Early Years experience is welcomed but not essential.
