Description:

The Product Manager will support the delivery and execution of a defined product roadmap by partnering with engineering, risk, and business stakeholders across a matrixed organization. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap management, and agile delivery to achieve agreed upon outcomes aligned with broader organizational strategy.

Conduct customer and stakeholder discovery to gather requirements and inform product priorities. -Provide direction and prioritization support to engineering teams to enable effective agile delivery. -Coordinate end to end delivery of roadmap initiatives, including identification and communication of risks, issues, and dependencies. -Apply industry and market knowledge to support customer interactions and roadmap decisions. -Support customer engagement efforts and ongoing product adoption. -Communicate product outcomes and customer successes to relevant stakeholders.

Technical background enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams and informed customer discussions. Experience measuring and reporting on product performance using data and metrics. -Experience working within modern software engineering environments and across the software development lifecycle. -Experience delivering products, solutions, or services in an agile development environment. -Application Security -Data Analytics -Timely delivery of roadmap initiatives with clear risk and dependency management. -Measurable product performance insights to inform future roadmap decisions.
