Production Assembler (1st shift) role assembling electrical components by installing lead wires/terminals and insulation to specification sheets, with a strong focus on quality and safety. The Assembler performs general duties under the direction of the production supervisor; this includes installing lead wires or terminals and insulation per the production specification sheet.

- Identifying lead wire and terminal types and installing them per production specification sheet.
- Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality.
- Following all safety rules and ISO requirements.
- Adhering to all company rules and policies.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
- Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards.
- Operating a hoist properly and safely.
What will help you thrive in this role?
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
- Read, use, and understand measuring devices.
- Ability to stand for excessive periods of time.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Understanding measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.
- Proficiency with hand tools (side cutters, lineman pliers, etc...).
