Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
- Program, set-up, and operate a variety of machine tools including CNC lathes, CNC mills, Wire EDM, and various manual (mill, lathe, surface grinder) equipment.
- Identify materials and tooling required to produce prototype parts, tooling, fixtures, gages, etc.
- Follow all documented
- Work closely with engineering to design and develop fixtures, gauges
- Perform other duties as required/assigned.

- Swiss Turn Lathe CNC experience/programming is a
- 5-axis milling experience/programming is a plus

- Minimum 4 years of programming experience with lathes, mills, and/or wire

Education and/or Experience:
- Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and A minimum 4 years of programming experience with lathes, mills, and/or wire EDM.
Language Skills:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
