- Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
- Document according to standards of care
- Develop, initiate, and execute a patient plan of care according to individualized needs
- Participate in department or unit performance improvement activities
- Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units/departments
- Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and experience, escalating appropriately
- Need 1 year experience in setting
- Current Wisconsin or Multi-state RN license
- CPR and BLS certification required
