• Multidisciplinary psychiatry-led treatment team with nursing, social work, psychology, primary care, and allied health
• No call, no nights, no weekends, and no holidays
• State-funded hospital with very manageable patient volume and no productivity pressure
• Full lab and pharmacy on campus with access to full imaging nearby
• Board certification not required
