Purpose: Perform precision inspection of production products and perform Calibration of gages
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

β’ Perform First Article inspections
β’ Perform capability studies
β’ Perform Gage R&R studies
β’ Perform basic CMM inspections as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE
β’ Perform basic calibration, gage set up and repair as assigned and under guidance of QA Tech II or QE.
β’ Preform and complete documentation for Final Audits
β’ Coordinate containment and tagging of Nonconforming product. Generate Nonconformance Reports
β’ Comply with all Work Instructions
β’ Comply with client's Quality Management System
β’ Generate and release Certification of Compliance
β’ Review and supply inspection data using applicable software and or forms
β’ Participate in cross-functional teams as needed
β’ Demonstrate commitment to the TEAM Industries Quality Management system and Objectives.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
β’ One year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
β’ Must have a valid driver's license
Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge and experience to accurately operate standard measurement equipment
β’ Ability to read and follow instructions, correspondence and memos
β’ Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings
β’ Using computer software - Microsoft Office, Outlook, and infopath-type software
