We are currently seeking an experienced Quality Control/Quality Assurance Technician to join our team.

Position Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for auditing production processes and products, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met. You will collaborate closely with the QA/QC Manager and Production Supervisors to report findings and support corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support 5S, Lean, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
  • Audit processes to ensure compliance with established standards and work instructions
  • Assist in evaluating internal and external quality claims
  • Create and maintain procedures, workflows, and work instructions
  • Support process and product studies as directed
  • Assist with coordination and calibration of measurement equipment
  • Participate in investigations using root cause analysis tools
  • Conduct final, in-process, and outsourced inspections
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the QA Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing/quality environment
  • Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
