Position Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to support production operations by ensuring all quality and food safety standards are consistently met. This role is responsible for monitoring production processes, conducting product testing, and partnering with operations to maintain a safe and high-quality environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with quality or food production experience who enjoys being hands-on and working cross-functionally with multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Verify quality checks and documentation are completed throughout production
Perform product testing at various stages (weight, dimensions, appearance, etc.)
Ensure compliance with quality standards, GMPs, and food safety requirements
Monitor and document critical control points and preventive controls
Conduct daily quality scoring and report findings
Communicate quality concerns to leadership and operations teams
Complete daily shift reports summarizing quality performance and issues
Assist with product or ingredient holds as needed
Support production teams to maintain efficiency and quality standards

Experience with quality inspection or product testing
Understanding of GMPs and food safety standards
Ability to identify issues and troubleshoot production concerns
