We are searching for the best talent for Quality Control Technician I
Purpose: Under minimal supervision performs all responsibilities as a multi-skilled individual in an empowered work team. Assists in process monitoring, identifying and recording any product quality problems. Measures the parameters of the product interpreting, and ensuring conformance to the specification limits. Maintains qualification on test methods. Performs package inspection for quality specifications. Performs audits of process and finished goods. Communicate all deviations. Performs all work with adherence to safety procedures. Adheres to environmental policy and procedures and supports department environmental objectives. Any other projects or responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
You will be responsible for:
1. Performs routine quality audits of finished goods. (80%)
2. Performs routine quality audits of in-process goods. (10%)
3. Maintains qualification status for assigned test methods (5%)
4. Performs other related duties as assigned by management. (5%)
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Experience
• Requires (0-2) years related experience.Education: • High School Degree or equivalent.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Certifications/Licenses and Affiliations
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Superior attention to detail • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook is required.
Schedule: Ability to work ANY shift as required by the business
