Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed inspections of CNC machined parts using precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and other inspection equipment Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards to verify compliance Document inspection results accurately and prepare inspection reports Identify and report non-conformances, defects, or deviations from quality standards Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions Maintain inspection equipment and ensure calibration is up to date Support continuous improvement efforts by providing feedback on process and quality improvementsSkills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a CNC Quality Inspection Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes, technical drawings, and quality standards (such as ISO, AS9100) Proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools, including coordinate measuring machines (CMM) Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and specifications Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in quality inspection is preferred
