Job Description The CDQC Analyst performs post-closing quality control reviews to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Closing Disclosures and compliance with TRID, investor, and internal requirements. This role partners with the Line of Business and Risk/Compliance/Audit (RCA) teams to support an effective risk management framework, identify defects and process gaps, and recommend solutions to mitigate risk. The analyst evaluates and escalates findings as appropriate, contributes to compliance-related initiatives, and serves as a liaison between the Line of Business and Lines of Defense to drive process improvement and regulatory alignment. Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Typically less than one year of applicable experience Preferred Skills/Experience - Basic knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, financial services, and regulatory trends that impact their assigned line of business - Experience supporting mortgage lending processes, including loan lifecycle and regulatory requirements. - Experience in mortgage operations quality review, including audit, compliance checks, and defect identification. - Strong understanding of TRID - Basic understanding of the business line’s operations, products/services, systems, and associated risks/controls - Basic knowledge of Risk/Compliance/Audit competencies - Strong analytical, process facilitation and project management skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills - Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages, including Microsoft Office applications and word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentations If there’s anything we can do to accommodate a disability during any portion of the application or hiring process, please refer to our disability accommodations for applicants.
