What You'll Be Doing
- Deliver ready-mix concrete safely and efficiently to customer job sites
- Operate mixer trucks and related equipment with care and precision
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members
- Follow all safety guidelines and uphold company operating standards
What We Are Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A or B
- Ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment
- Commitment to safety, quality, and customer service
- Strong situational awareness and sound decision‑making
- Reliability, consistency, and a positive team-oriented mindset
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
