Lead
the delivery of direct nursing care by adhering to established protocols to ensure every patient receives safe, high-quality treatment
. Create
and monitor personalized patient care plans, documenting and communicating critical changes to the team to ensure clinical outcomes are met
. Support
the patient’s recovery as the primary coordinator of all clinical disciplines, ensuring a seamless and well-integrated care experience
. Execute
physician and nursing orders with precision to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety
. Coordinate
comprehensive discharge planning with the healthcare team to ensure patients have a clear and supported transition from the hospital to home What minimum requirements you’ll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Kansas Board of Nursing required. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
