Hourly Pay Range: $36.00 - $55.80 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position Highlights: Sign On Bonus: $25,000 for candidates with at least 18 months of experience within NICU clinical specialty (with parameters)

Location

Elmhurst, IL

Full Time 36 hours

Hours: Nights 7 PM - 7 AM rotating weekends and rotating holidays required

A Brief Overview: The Staff Nurse will deliver safe and compassionate nursing care for all patient populations by planning, implementing, and evaluating the patient plan of care. The Staff Nurse will collaborates with nurses, physicians, and other members of the clinical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.

What you will need: Associate Degree or higher in Nursing If Associate Degree in Nursing is the highest degree held, must graduate with a Bachelor?s Degree in Nursing within five years of position start date (effective September 1, 2021)

Highly preferred 2 years of NICU Level 3 RN experience

Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure

Current BLS through AHA

Neonatal Resuscitation Program Certification (NRP) within six months of start date into position
