Job Location: Odessa, TX. Work days/Shift Hours: 4:00am - until completed / Tuesday and Wednesday off / Swing shift Large Store.
Compensation
Starting pay ranges from $19.11 to $24.01 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.GENERAL PURPOSE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Build and maintain product displays & equipment placements * Point of Sale advertising according to the company’s merchandising standards * Maintain appropriate shelf allocation, product levels and product rotation in displays * Manage stock inventory levels and trade breakage * Determine product needs to place corresponding orders on existing sales routes * Daily communication, problem resolution, and follow up with customers, co-workers and shoppers
QUALIFICATIONS
* Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, and clean driving record * Must be able to use a personal vehicle during business hours * Ability to repetitively lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds, kneel, bend over & reach above head height * Excellent planning and organization skills with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
Preferred Experience
* High School Diploma or Equivalent * No work experience required, but previous sales/merchandising experience
