You'll back up the Assistant Store Manager, uphold merchandise standards, and help create a high-performance culture where everyone thrives.We count on our Store Supervisors to:

Analyze daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance and results Lead and/or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, Operations to gain experience across all areas of the business Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products Communicate with teammates about accidents/injuries to store leadership immediately. Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve target Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training Perform other tasks as assigned by management At least 18 years old 1 year experience in a retail environment Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus Available to work full time hours a week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 12kgs during each work shift with or without an accommodation Knowledge and understanding of employment laws including compliance with federal, state, and local requirements Perks & benefits our Full-Time Supervisors receive: Benefits will include statutory entitlements in line with local labor laws (such as social security, paid leave, and pension contributions), along with company-provided benefits which may include the following:
