Kingston Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team at Kingston Health Center of Vermilion in Vermilion, OH. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our assisted living, rehabilitation, and memory care settings. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and closely monitor residents’ conditions to ensure safety, comfort, and optimal clinical outcomes.

Working within our collaborative and compassionate culture, you will coordinate care with physicians, therapists, nursing assistants, and other members of the interdisciplinary team. You will provide clear, respectful communication with residents and their families, offering education and guidance on diagnoses, medications, and ongoing care needs. Daily responsibilities include accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Records system, adherence to infection control and safety protocols, and active participation in quality improvement initiatives.

In this role, you will support residents through rehabilitation and long-term care, including those with complex medical needs and memory-related conditions. You will be expected to respond effectively to changes in residents’ status, perform clinical triage and prioritization, and escalate concerns to providers as appropriate. You will also help mentor and support nursing assistants and other team members, contributing to a positive, learning-oriented environment.
