Sales Assistant - Lincoln - Plumb Centre

As a Sales Assistant based in Lincoln you’ll be responsible for:

  • Mixed role serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations and driving 3.5T delivering to customers

  • Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value

  • Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.

  • General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders

This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and on a rota basis for Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

And here’s what we’d like you to have:

  • Previous face to face sales and customer service experience.

  • To be a team player who is happy to assist in all areas to ensure the smooth running of the branch.

  • Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.

  • A Full UK manual Driving Licence (driving experience not essential)
