As a Sales Assistant based in Lincoln you’ll be responsible for:
Mixed role serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations and quotations and driving 3.5T delivering to customers
Building relationships with customers with the aim of driving repeat business, enhancing customer experience, and maximising lifetime value
Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email providing quotes promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
General warehouse duties including booking incoming stock onto the systems and putting it away and picking & packing customer orders
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08.00am to 5.00pm and on a rota basis for Saturdays, working 8:00am - 12:00pm, paid as overtime.

Previous face to face sales and customer service experience.

A Full UK manual Driving Licence (driving experience not essential)
