Scope of Position:
Provide assistance to Mestek representatives, customers, and employees while demonstrating a positive attitude. Act as a liaison between Sales Reps, Managers, customers, Technical Service, Engineering, and the Factory.

- Answer phone and E-mail inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide information concerning Mestek products
- Process incoming orders for unit accuracy, pricing, and shipping information
- Enter orders into Friedman ERP system
- Review information before sending to Credit/Factory
- Identify and resolve inquiries from representatives/customers relating to products
- Guide representatives and distributors in use of Sales Assistant Specifier
- Monitor fax machines for orders
- Maintain an orderly work area
- Keep filing and paperwork up-to-date
- Complete special projects as needed
- Assist other team members when work permits
- Perform similar or related duties as required or requested
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in writing orders and pricing a plus
- Able to use computer software including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ambitious, organized, and detail-oriented
- Team player who works well with others
- Able to function under pressure
- Able to prioritize and multitask
