What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve volume, revenue, and margin targets for aggregates in North Texas.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and stakeholders to grow market share.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to identify and drive new business opportunities.

  • Collaborate with operations, logistics, and pricing teams to ensure reliable product delivery and optimized profitability.

  • Develop and coach the sales team, setting clear expectations, tracking performance, and fostering continuous improvement.

  • Track record of developing strong customer relationships and expanding market share in competitive environments

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field required; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus

Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer site environments across the North Texas region. Regular travel within the territory is expected to support customers, projects, and team engagement.
