The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for owning Salesforce CRM architecture and solutions design across Prosci's global revenue organization. This role will provide technical leadership for our GTM systems ecosystem, designing and implementing robust API integrations, AI-powered automation, and scalable solutions that support our complex business processes from open enrollment through enterprise expansion.

Key Responsibilities
Own Salesforce CRM architecture and solutions design across our global revenue organization, serving as the technical leader for our GTM systems ecosystem.
Design and implement robust API integrations between Salesforce, HubSpot, and enterprise systems to enable seamless data flow across the customer lifecycle—from open enrollment through enterprise expansion.
Build and optimize integration architecture for AI-powered lead scoring, intent data, and revenue intelligence tools including Gong.
Establish and enforce technical governance, data architecture standards, and integration best practices across our multi-cloud Salesforce environment.
Architect and implement custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Flow to support complex business processes including our Enrollment to Enterprise (E2E) motion.
Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of third-party applications and managed packages, ensuring seamless integration with core systems.
Design and build real-time data synchronization between Salesforce and external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and iPaaS solutions.
Create technical documentation, integration diagrams, and architecture decision records to support knowledge transfer and scalability.
Mentor Salesforce admins and provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams on complex implementations.
Drive AI and automation initiatives within Salesforce including Einstein Analytics, predictive scoring models, and workflow automation.

Technical/Functional Skills
Technical Proficiency: Expert proficiency in Salesforce architecture with deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and marketing automation integrations. 5+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
API and Integration Expertise: Strong API development and integration expertise—experience building complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms (Workato, MuleSoft, Boomi), and understanding webhook architecture. Design and build real-time data synchronization between systems.
Salesforce Development: Hands-on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder). Ability to architect and implement custom solutions for complex business processes.
Data Architecture: Deep understanding of data architecture, object relationships, and data modeling for complex business processes spanning multiple systems. Experience with data governance and maintaining data integrity at scale.
AI and Automation: Experience implementing AI and machine learning capabilities within Salesforce including Einstein, predictive lead scoring, and third-party AI tools. Drive automation initiatives to optimize revenue operations.
HubSpot-Salesforce Integration: Experience with HubSpot-Salesforce integrations and marketing-to-sales handoff optimization.
Revenue Intelligence Platforms: Track record of implementing revenue intelligence platforms (Gong, Chorus, etc.) and understanding their data requirements.
GTM Tech Stack Knowledge: Strong grasp of modern GTM tech stack architecture including CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, and analytics platforms.
DevOps and Release Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and modern DevOps practices including version control, CI/CD, and sandbox strategies.
Business Process Analysis: Proven ability to design solutions for B2B SaaS or training/certification businesses with complex enrollment and enterprise licensing models. Translate business requirements into technical solutions with end-user empathy.
Qualifications
7+ years as a Salesforce Solutions Architect with proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions.
Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required)
Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder (Required)
At least one additional technical certification: Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer, or Data Architecture Designer (Required)
