What You’ll Do — Make Art and Drive Sales
As a Sales Associate, your mission is to deliver exceptional customer service while meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will:
* Welcome customers and guide them through the Iris Galerie experience
* Spark curiosity, explain the concept, and convert interest into sales
* Handle transactions, upsell personalized products, and offer expert advice
* Stay engaged and proactive during quiet times—no two days are the same
* Represent the Iris Galerie brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone with an eye for detail and a passion for people. The ideal candidate:
* Has a strong sales mindset and a natural ability to connect with customers
* Is friendly, confident, and persuasive in closing sales
* Has flexible availability, including weekends
* Is fluent in English (additional languages are a strong asset)
* Is comfortable using digital tools and learning new systems (Adobe or photography experience is a plus)
* Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and team spirit
