Sales & Promotion: Drive sales through effective communication of product Encourage repeat business by informing customers about Support Inventory Management: Assist in stock management, ensuring product availability, and maintaining an organized and visually appealing store in-store beauty workshops, sharing expertise and tips with customers in a group Share Feedback & Insights: Collect customer feedback on products and services, relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities * Proven experience in retail, preferably in the beauty industry. * Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings. * High school diploma or equivalent; Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays * Self-motivated, stays current and supports operational excellence * Advanced authority and expertise in a specific brand is preferred
