This is a high-impact role for a quality leader who thrives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments and wants to shape the quality culture of a rapidly expanding data center program.

What You Will Do

Quality Leadership & Oversight

  • Serve as the site's primary authority for executing all quality program elements across the full project lifecycle.

  • Monitor and audit field operations to ensure alignment with industry codes, customer requirements, and internal QMS standards.

  • Lead corrective action processes, issue and close nonconformance reports, and verify remediation through follow-up audits.

  • Develop and execute the QA tactical plan to foster a proactive, quality first culture.

QMS Development, Deployment & Training

  • Develop, update, and implement the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS) for hyperscale environments.

  • Train and coach QA Specialists, coordinators, technicians, and operational staff on quality standards, installation best practices, and testing methodologies.

  • Represent Black Box in quality-focused meetings with subcontractors and client QC teams.

  • Coordinate and schedule quality inspections based on production timelines and risk assessments.

Data Analytics & Quality Reporting

  • Gather, analyze, and interpret quality performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making.

  • Ensure that all technical submittals, quality documentation, and project deliverables are accurate and approved.

Safety & Compliance

  • Model and enforce safe work practices in alignment with Black Box and client safety programs.

  • Evaluate quality-related activities to ensure compliance with TIA, NEC, BICSI, and hyperscale installation standards.

  • Professionalism and strong communication skills across all levels, from field technicians to executive leadership.

  • High adaptability, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Procore, Autodesk, and related construction/QC platforms.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 5+ years in construction quality management, preferably in data centers or large structured cabling projects.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence quality teams and field operations.

  • Experience developing and delivering training on installation and testing standards.
