Fast-Track Leadership Opportunity
Eco Electric, Plumbing, Heating and Air is one of Seattle’s fastest-growing home service companies, and we’re looking for someone with leadership potential to help run our electrical division.
This is an opportunity for someone early in their career who wants more than just a job. You’ll work directly with experienced leaders, learn how a real business operates, and grow into larger leadership roles over time.
You do not need years of electrical experience to succeed here. We can teach systems, operations, and the technical side of the business.
Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 base + performance bonuses from $20,000 - $60,000 per year.

What you’ll do:
Help lead and support a team of electrical technicians
Learn day-to-day operations of a growing service division
Coach and motivate team members
Help improve team performance, organization, and customer experience
Work closely with dispatch, customer service, and leadership
Learn recruiting, operations, and leadership skills
Track goals, performance, and team results
