The In-Suite Dining Attendant is responsible for our guest requests, which include but are not limited to tray and cart pick-up, delivery of guest requests and sweeping the guest floors of dishes and other In-Suite Dining items. The In-Suite Dining Attendant is accountable for communicating with In-Suite Dining Manager, Order Taker(s) and Captain on shift responsibilities, executing flawless service in the front and back of house and ensuring food offering and presentation is luxury. Your passion for all things F&B will lead you to provide the highest quality of service and hospitality.
Hourly Rate: $22.21
Perform floor sweeps as needed, picking up used In Suite Dining equipment, tableware and table linens.
Bus all tables, trays, and carts.
Check with order taker, captain and manager regarding specific duties for the shift.
Check service stations for necessary equipment and set up: ice, dishes, and utensils; Schedule: Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, employees are required to work varying schedules, including overnight, weekends and holidays, to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
One (1) year work experience is an asset
Previous experience in luxury hotel environment desirable
Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the English language
Hawaii State Food Safety Certification required
