Our teams are currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate or Mid-Level Shipside Operations Specialist - Manufacturing Representatives. We’re looking for skilled professionals who are passionate about precision and innovation to help produce Boeing’s Patriot Advanced Capability Seeker team — an integral part of the world’s most advanced air defense system. Recently, the PAC-3 team was honored as the 2025 “Coolest Thing Made in Alabama:” in the statewide Manufacturing Madness competition. Position Responsibilities: Assists with activities across multiple functions to coordinate resolution of emergent issues in support of specific operations Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria Provides limited feedback on assessment results Supports the teammates in implementation of strategies and plans Works under general supervision Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 1+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or operations environment 1+ years’ experience collecting and analyzing data and generating metrics reports Experience working with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, and SharePoint Able to work any shift based on the needs of the operation Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3: 3 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor’s degree or higher Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems common image (MESci) Experience working with staff at all levels, comfortable with conducting presentations and running meetings Experience in the Aerospace & Defense Industry and/or the military Experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership Experience using Shipside Action Tracker (SAT) An Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Shift: This position supports C shift (Friday-Sunday 6:00am - 6:30pm) Work Location: This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
