Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, or state-equivalent credentials. Active Wyoming SLP license required to start the assignment or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing SLP services in skilled nursing or long-term care environments preferred. Demonstrated competence with dysphagia evaluation and management, including instrumental assessments or working knowledge of referral for instrumental assessment preferred. Ability to document in electronic medical records used in post-acute settings preferred.
