Accountabilities: Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities across indirect categories including IT, HR, Finance, Real Estate, Operations, and Compliance. Conduct sourcing events, including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and competitive bidding processes focused on value, risk, and scalability. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier agreements in partnership with Legal and internal stakeholders. Analyze supplier performance and spend data to identify savings opportunities and drive cost optimization initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and internal business partners across the organization. Support the development and execution of sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and operational needs. Drive supplier consolidation efforts and promote preferred supplier frameworks. Manage procurement governance, policy adherence, and process improvement initiatives. Support implementation and adoption of procurement systems and eSourcing tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve sourcing challenges. Perform detailed spend analysis and reporting to support budgeting and decision-making. Contribute to change management efforts related to procurement transformation initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred). 2–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles. Strong understanding of procurement best practices, sourcing methodologies, and category management. Experience managing RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract lifecycle processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa or Ariba. Strong analytical skills with experience in spend analysis and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work independently, influence stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving and project management skills with attention to detail. Preferred experience in categories such as IT, finance, corporate services, or facilities.Benefits
